Hello Caesium Zone! Wow… What a couple of weeks we’ve had! Thank you so much for taking part and making I’m a Scientist, Get me out of here so memorable! I have had so much fun answering your questions and I hope you guys have enjoyed asking them.

You have surprised me every single day with the imagination and variety in the things you wanted to know, from the angles involved in taking a step to how gravity holds things in their position in space. I have learned so much about other areas of science outside of my own and I have remembered the curiosity that made me want to be a scientist in the first place. I have seen that curiosity in you guys too over the last few weeks and I hope that you keep asking questions! I definitely think there are some future scientists among you!

I would also like to say a big thank you to the rest of the scientists in the Caesium Zone. I’ve loved reading their answers and they definitely made me step up my game. I was shocked every time someone was evicted and I am shocked to have won as they all did such an amazing job. I hope that between us we have convinced all you guys that scientists are just normal people, and that being “a scientist” is just a really fun job; maybe some of you will think about becoming scientists in the future?

Lastly, I just want to say a big thank you to all of the organisers, moderators and teachers who had to work really hard so we could have all of our fun! It can’t have been easy and you did a brilliant job.

It really has been a blast, Caesium Zone. Thank you so much for voting for me, and thanks again to everyone who made the last two weeks so much fun!!
