      I don’t look at fish but some of the people I work with do. When we look at deep sea mud, we are looking back into the past millions of years so the soft body of the fish do not get preserved, only their teeth! My scientist friends look at microscopic fish teeth because the fish teeth record information about ancient seawater when the fish lived.
