There are lost of ways bacteria can be spread. Sometimes it is spread when someone touches something like a computer keyboard then someone else comes along and uses it picking up the bacteria the first person left behind. Sometimes bacteria is spread in the air when it is trapped in droplets of saliva released when people cough or sneeze. Sometimes it is spread when people don’t wash their hands after they use the toilet then touch things people might put in their mouths.

The most important thing to remember to help stop bacteria that might make us ill from spreading is to wash your hands regularly. After you go to the toilet, before you prepare food or eat food and after you cough or sneeze.
