Hi @beccapops- Good question. some scientists definitely think that they are related, yes. Climate change is affecting the weather by making it more extreme which means that instead of having some of our weather for a few weeks, it can stay the same for months. This is what we experienced with the flooding in the UK and N. America also had a very cold winter this year.
